3. As you would any file, delete all the files you can
4. Reboot into safe mode and repeat file deletions
5. Repeat the process until no more files can be deleted
B. If files still remain
1. Open task Manager and shut down all processes that are associated with the program and then try to delete the remaining files
2. Reboot and try to delete remaining files
C. Do this only if you are familiar with the registry
