I’ve used CCleaner and Glary Utilities in tandem for years, and I was saisfied. As part of debugging a problem I had, one website recommended Argente Utilities. The first time I ran Argente, it found over 1,000,000 unnecessary files (that’s right–over one million). There were so many that I had to delete 120,000 files at a pass (limited by my RAM), so it took me several days to clean out the files, Now, when I run it, it finds 4,000 to 5,000 unneceary files . I run Argente to do the heavy lifting, then I run CCleaner and Glary to finish up. (both find files and registry problems that Argente missed–not many, but still worth checking for.
