Windows 10 arranges tiles in the Start menu into preassigned groups, like Explore Windows, Life at a glance, and so on. But you can also group these tiles using your own categories.
If you want to rename an existing group, simply click the heading, select the current text, and then type your own group name.

But if you would rather create a new group, click and drag a tile to the very bottom of the Start menu until a blank, colored bar appears above it. Release the tile, and when you move your mouse to the blank area above the tile you will find that Name group appears.
You can now click and type a category name.
It is also possible to drag tiles under your category heading to add them to the group. This can be done by moving groups of tiles by clicking the heading and dragging.
Do keep in mind that removing all tiles from a group will also remove the heading.
But it is very easy to get a hang of this once you change things around a bit. Be sure to experiment here in order to settle on the format you are most comfortable with.
